为研究蜡模的成形能力,设计了网格状射蜡模具,制备出了13×13网格的薄壁网状蜡模,采用正交试验,研究了射蜡温度、射蜡时间、射蜡压力对蜡模充型性能的影响。结果表明,射蜡温度、射蜡压力以及射蜡时间都是影响充型性能的直接因素,但极差最大的工艺因素是射蜡温度。因此,射蜡温度是对蜡料成型性能影响最大的因素。射蜡温度在56℃、射蜡压力为4 MPa、射蜡时间在5s时充型性能最好,能获得完整的薄壁网状蜡模。
In order to study the forming ability of wax mold, a grid-shaped wax injection mold was designed and a 13 × 13 grid thin-walled reticulated wax mold was prepared. Orthogonal test was used to study the effects of wax injection temperature, wax injection time, Effect of pressure on wax mold filling performance. The results showed that the temperature of wax injection, the pressure of wax injection and the time of wax injection were the direct factors that affected the filling performance. However, the process factor with the greatest difference was wax temperature. Therefore, wax temperature is the wax forming the most influential factors. The temperature of wax injection was 56 ℃, the pressure of wax injection was 4 MPa and the time of wax injection was 5s, the filling performance was the best, and a complete thin-walled mesh wax model could be obtained.
