车河选矿厂锡石粗精矿,即浮选前段重选(跳汰机及圆锥选矿机)的精矿,锡石呈粗细不均匀嵌布,单体解离度已达55.92%,生产中采用单段磨选流程,造成锡石严重过粉碎,锡选矿回收率低。通过两段磨选流程试验,即Ⅰ段磨矿磨至-1.0毫米或-1.6毫米,采用扇形溜槽粗选,摇床精选,台浮摇床脱硫,可将粗精矿锡金属的55—60%选出作为最终精矿,尾矿进入Ⅱ段磨矿浮进一重选,再回收部分锡精矿,明显减少锡石过粉,与单段磨选(仿生产)流程试验对比,在锡精矿品位基本一致的情况下,回收率可提高6%。
