用褐藻酸降解菌侵染海带并跟踪了侵染过程中海带的超微结构变化 ,同时测定了海带体内多酚类化合物含量和多酚氧化酶活性的变化。结果表明 ,色素体是海带受侵染初期最为敏感的细胞器。在侵染初期 ,海带细胞的亚显微结构受伤害较轻 ,多酚类化合物含量表现为骤然升高 ,推测多酚类化合物是海带体内的重要化学防御物质 ,并且此积极防御发生在初期。
The alginate-degrading bacteria were used to infect kelp and the ultrastructure of kelp in the process of infection was followed. Meanwhile, the changes of polyphenol content and polyphenol oxidase activity in kelp were measured. The results showed that the pigment body is the kelp infected by the most sensitive early organelles. At the initial stage of infection, the sub-microstructure of kelp cells was harmed lightly, and the contents of polyphenolic compounds increased sharply. It is speculated that polyphenols are important chemical defensive substances in kelp, and the active defensive occurs in the early stage.
