随着新课改的不断深入,课堂教学中老师都对学生进行激励性评价,很难听到否定性评价。当然,激励性评价是有其重要作用和意义的,但是我想应该在运用激励性评价时辅以否定性评价。特别是面对学生错误答案和不良行为,应给予实事求是的、否定的评价。同时在否定评价时要用幽默风趣的语言,要给学生一个台阶和再次尝试的机会,要挖掘错误答案的价值。
With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform, teachers in the classroom teaching motivational evaluation of students, it is difficult to hear the negative evaluation. Of course, the incentive evaluation has its important role and significance, but I think the use of incentive evaluation should be supplemented with negative evaluation. In the face of students’ erroneous answers and bad behaviors, they should be given a realistic and negative assessment.
