在超市规划过程中,确定其选址方案是影响其建设与发展的关键因素之一。近年来,超市选址方案的理论与实践研究受到学术界和企业界的高度重视。研究分析表明影响超市选址的因素很多,特别在供应链管理的大环境下,各影响因素之间相互制约、相互关联。本文基于超市选址问题,设计了一系列影响超市选址的指标因素,基于这些指标因素,设计了一种引入权重因子的证据理论超市选址决策方法,通过构建模型,并设计模型求解算法。结合案例对该方法进行验证,为超市选址决策提供参考依据。
In the process of supermarket planning, to determine its location plan is one of the key factors that affect its construction and development. In recent years, the research on the theory and practice of supermarket location scheme has drawn great attention from academia and business community. Research and analysis show that many factors affect the location of supermarkets, especially in the supply chain management environment, the various factors are constrained and interrelated. Based on the problem of supermarket location, this paper designs a series of index factors that affect the location of supermarket. Based on these index factors, a decision-making method of evidence-based supermarket location selection with weight factor is designed. The model is constructed and the algorithm of model solving is designed. The method is verified with the case, which provides a reference for the decision of supermarket location.
