目的探讨神经节苷脂结合高压氧对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取2013年12月-2014年12月期间收治的129例缺血缺氧性脑病新生儿为研究对象,并将其分为观察组65例和对照组64例,其中对照组新生儿采用常规方式治疗,观察组新生儿在常规治疗的基础上增加神经节苷脂结合高压氧治疗,观察并对比两组新生儿的临床疗效。结果观察组患儿治疗后的NBNA评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05),其临床症状改善时间也明显短于对照组(P<0.05),并且观察组的临床总有效率(96.9%)显著高于对照组(85.9%),两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经节苷脂结合高压氧治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病具有良好的治疗效果,并且能够有效缩短原始反射和肌张力时间。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ganglioside combined with hyperbaric oxygen on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods A total of 129 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy admitted during the period from December 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into observation group (65 cases) and control group (64 cases), in which control group, neonates Conventional treatment, the observation group of newborns in the conventional treatment based on the increase of ganglioside combined hyperbaric oxygen therapy, observe and compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of newborns. Results The score of NBNA in observation group was significantly better than that in control group (P <0.05), and the improvement time of clinical symptom in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group (P0.05). The total effective rate in observation group was 96.9% Significantly higher than the control group (85.9%), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Ganglioside combined hyperbaric oxygen treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy has a good therapeutic effect, and can effectively reduce the original reflex and muscle tension time.
