对球磨胡桑木粉进行苄基化改性,研究了增重率与材料的热塑性、拉伸强度以及力学性能的关系。以胡桑木粉苄基化产物为基体,蒙脱土和球磨木粉为增强材料进行共混制备复合材料,探讨球磨木粉与木粉苄基化产物基体的质量比对复合材料拉伸强度和弯曲强度的影响。实验结果表明,随着球磨木粉质量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度均先增加后降低,木粉质量分数为15%时达最高,拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别为37.09 MPa和49.24 MPa。
