昆明种雄性小鼠随机分为正常对照组、高脂对照组、普洱茶茶色素低(0.45g/kg)、中(0.90g/kg)、高(1.35g/kg)浓度组。每天灌胃给药,称体重及测体长,连续灌胃29d后,禁食24h,取血测血清中的血糖(Glu)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平;处死小鼠,记录体内脂肪湿重,计算小鼠的Lee’s指数和脂体比,以研究普洱茶茶色素对小鼠的预防肥胖作用。结果显示:普洱茶茶色素能显著降低小鼠的体重、脂体比、Lee’s指数和脂肪系数(p<0.05),显著降低小鼠血清中Glu、TG、TC、LDL-C的水平(p<0.05),升高HDL-C的水平(p<0.05)。因此,普洱茶茶色素对小鼠具有预防肥胖、降血糖及调节血脂的作用,可作为预防和治疗肥胖症、II型糖尿病及血症异常的功能性饮品。

Therefore, Pu-erh tea pigment has the effect of preventing obesity, lowering blood sugar and regulating blood lipid in mice and can be used as a functional drink for preventing and treating obesity, type II diabetes and abnormal blood.
