中医诊断通常采用“望、闻、问、切”来了解病情,然后根据中医学的理论,对症状进行分析、研究、综合,确定出合理治疗方案,达到治好病人的目的。中职体育教师在开展教学活动时,像中医诊断病情那样采用“望、闻、问、切”获得有关来自学生方面的信息,并作出正确判定和分析,以便对教学活动作出相应的调整,使教学活动保持在最佳的状态,这对体育教学来说具有很强的启发和借鉴意义。
