用抗稻曲病不育系45A为母本与R998等14个感病恢复系及R288选等16个抗病恢复系配组,在病圃中以自然诱发和辅助人工接种的方法,研究杂交水稻抗稻曲病不育系的胞质效应和恢复系稻曲病抗性遗传。结果表明,抗稻曲病不育系45A无胞质效应,与14个感病恢复系所配组合的杂种F1均表现感病;45A与16个抗病恢复系配组的杂种F1稻曲病抗性遗传表达特征有抗性显性(RRR)、抗性不完全显性(RRMR)和抗性隐性(RRS)3种类型,显性和不完全显性的频率为81.25%。杂种F1稻曲病病穗率、病情指数、平均每穗病粒数和病穗上最高病粒数与恢复系相对应的稻曲病病情指标极显著正相关。筛选出HA188、HA197、HA198等6个抗稻曲病杂交稻恢复系新种质。
A total of 16 resistance restorer lines including 14 susceptible restorer lines and R288 were used as the female parent and R998 as the female parent and 16 resistant restorer lines as the control. The hybrids were naturally induced in the nursery and assisted with artificial inoculation Cytoplasmic Effect and Restorer of Rice CMS Lines Against Rice False Strain. The results showed that the non-cytoplasmic effects of 45A CMS lines on F1 hybrids with 14 susceptible restorers showed susceptibility to susceptible F1 hybrids; The genetic expression of resistance was characterized by RRR, RRMR and RRS. The dominant and incomplete dominant frequencies were 81.25%. The incidence of panicle disease, disease index, the average number of panicle per panicle and the highest number of panicles on the panicles of F1 hybrid rice were significantly and positively correlated with the disease index of the rice false smut associated with the restorer lines. Six new germplasms of hybrid rice restorer lines resistant to rice germplasm such as HA188, HA197 and HA198 were screened out.
