1　病例报告例 1:男 ,5 6岁。因关节疼痛 2年 ,咳嗽、咳痰 3个月入院。患者 2年前无诱因出现膝关节疼痛 ,后依次累及肘、趾、肩关节及指关节 ,伴关节肿胀。到当地医院就诊 ,实验室检查 :抗“Ｏ”(+ ) ,类风湿因子 (-) ,给予“抗风湿”治疗 ,治疗后症状无缓解。 3个月前出现咳嗽 1 case report case 1: male, 5 6 years old.
