泵站工程是运用泵机组及过流设施传递和转换能量、实现水体输送以兴利避害的水利工程,可解决水资源紧缺且时空分布不均衡问题,实现旱涝保收。新中国成立以来,随着工农业的发展,我国机电排灌事业取得了举世瞩目的成就,但由于历史条件的限制和三、四十年的运行,许多泵站工程老化严重,工程效益低下、机组故障频繁,急需更新改造。本论文通过查阅国内外现有的泵站技术经济指标、评价方法等相关文献资料和抽样调研泵站,机电设备和建筑物两大方面对泵站工程构造特点、技术要求和运行机理进行了分析;在现行泵站技术经济指标体系基础上,查漏补缺,建立泵站评价的技术经济指标体系,为泵站更新改造提供科学考核标准。

This thesis analyzes the construction characteristics, technical requirements and operating mechanism of pump station engineering by referring to the existing domestic and international technical and economic indicators of pump stations, evaluation methods and other relevant literature and data and sampling investigation of pumping stations, mechanical and electrical equipment and buildings On the basis of the technical and economic index system of the existing pumping station, the technical and economic index system for evaluating the pumping station was established to provide scientific assessment standards for the renovation and reconstruction of pumping stations.
