企业文化是一个企业的灵魂,从根本上体现出企业的本质,它从企业的各方面渗透出来,表现于企业当中的一切活动。企业文化建设是企业管理的重要内容,在增强企业凝聚力、创造力、提升核心竞争力和科学发展、和谐发展中,有着愈来愈重要的地位和作用。本文回顾了我国石油企业文化的形成过程及特点,指出了石油企业文化建设中存在的问题并提出几条解决措施,可以供石油企业参考。
Corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise, which fundamentally reflects the essence of an enterprise. It permeates all aspects of an enterprise and manifests itself in all the activities of an enterprise. The construction of enterprise culture is an important part of business management. It has an increasingly important position and role in enhancing cohesion, creativity and enhancing core competitiveness, scientific development and harmonious development. This paper reviews the formation process and characteristics of China’s petroleum enterprise culture, points out the problems existing in the petroleum enterprise culture construction and puts forward some solutions, which can be used for reference by oil enterprises.
