一、引言呼吸是人体的基本生理活动之一,呼吸涉及到复杂的解剖结构及其生理过程。多年来的呼吸生理研究已积累了大量的、形态的,定性的知识,近年来定量的呼吸系统的研究开始兴起,其中较有成效的是用控制论方法来研究呼吸系统,按目前情况来看,大致可以归纳为三个方面:①从力学的观点来建立其数学模型,如肺泡和气管的力学性质,气体在肺内的流动等。
