任何一个企业实行激励机制的最根本的目的是正确地诱导员工的工作动机,使他们在实现组织目标的同时满足自身的需要,增加其满意度,从而使他们的积极性和创造性继续保持和发扬下去。排水管理处是国家重要的国有事业单位,而激励机制最近几年也被这样的单位重视起来,目的也是为了加强管理,提高员工的工作积极性,为国家做更多的贡献。本文就是由排水管理没有加强内部管理激励,因而想到这样的国有企业激励机制存在的问题,对完善国有企业激励机制进行一些思考。

The Drainage Management Office is an important national state-owned business unit, and the incentive mechanism has also been valued by such units in recent years. The purpose is also to strengthen management, increase employee enthusiasm, and make more contributions to the country. This article is that drainage management does not strengthen the internal management incentives, and therefore think of the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of such state-owned enterprises, and some reflections on the improvement of the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises.
