目的探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)术后负压管道放置的位置对创面引流及人工皮膜去除时间的影响。方法根据负压管道与创面平面关系将VSD术后患者分为实验组和对照组,比较两组引流量及人工皮膜去除时间。结果实验组和对照组平均引流量及人工皮膜平均去除时间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VSD术后负压管道的放置位置低于或平于创面平面,有利于引流及延长人工皮膜去除时间。
Objective To investigate the effect of negative pressure catheter placement on the wound drainage and artificial skin removal after negative pressure closed drainage (VSD). Methods According to the relationship between the negative pressure pipeline and the wound surface, the patients with VSD were divided into experimental group and control group. The drainage volume and artificial membrane removal time were compared between the two groups. Results The average drainage volume of the experimental group and the control group and the average removal time of the artificial membrane were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusions The placement of negative pressure pipes after VSD is below or flat on the wound surface, which is good for drainage and prolongation of artificial membrane removal.
