对于每一个毕业生来说,就业协议与相应的劳动合同至关重要,是具有高度法律意义的文件,是毕业生在具体就业过程中不同阶段进行签订。本文通过论述与分析了大学生就业协议书与劳动合同的主要区别,毕业生就业试用期避免出现无工资现象,以及零工资就业违反了劳动法律规范四个重要方面,旨在全面的解决大学生就业中订立劳动合同的相关法律问题,进一步增强大学生就业中对订立劳动合同技基本知识的了解与掌握,从而为大学生的合理就业奠定坚实的基础。
