工程管理专业设立已有11年的历史,从一个新型专业逐渐走向成熟。国内的一些相关研究也取得了一定的发展,如教育专业的设置、人才的培养模式、课程安排、教学内容等方面。但工程管理专业是应用型学科,企业会要求新员工有一定的实践能力。工程管理专业在实训课程中还是存在诸多问题,如不注意实践能力的培养,学生的动手能力不强,这样使得学生在未来的就业中会遇到很多的困难。本文就是针对工程管理专业在实训课程中存在的问题进行了一些分析。 Engineering Management has been established for 11 years, from a new professional gradually mature. Some domestic related research has also made some development, such as the setting of education professionals, personnel training mode, curriculum arrangements, teaching content and so on. However, engineering management major is an applied discipline, and enterprises will require new employees to have some practical ability. There are still many problems in the engineering management major in practical training courses. For example, if we fail to pay attention to the training of practical ability and the students’ practical ability is not strong, the students will encounter many difficulties in their future employment. This article is based on the project management professional training courses in the existing problems were analyzed.
