随着教育事业发展的需要,中职学校推行二级教学管理已成为了必然趋势,这是符合中职教育教学管理体制改革的客观要求。同时职业教育的职业性与地域性特点,必然决定它要根据当地的经济发展及特色,围绕着以社会需求为导向的人才培养模式,采取有效措施推进专业建设和课程改革工作。本文就提高人才培养质量的目标,提出对二级管理制度改革实施中存在的问题、对策及引发的思考。
With the development of education, the secondary teaching management in secondary vocational schools has become an inevitable trend, which is in line with the objective requirements of the teaching management system reform in secondary vocational education. At the same time, the occupational and regional characteristics of vocational education inevitably decide that it should take effective measures to promote professional construction and curriculum reform in the light of the local economic development and characteristics and around the personnel training mode oriented by social needs. This article aims to improve the quality of personnel training, put forward two problems in the implementation of the reform and implementation of countermeasures and thinking triggered.
