一、用限制因子定律正确看待学生的成长差异每一个老师、家长都希望孩子出人头地,“望子成龙,望女成凤”就亘古不变的期望。但每个老师、家长甚至孩子都因该明白“尺有所短,寸有所长”的道理。教育从省市各级、校与校之间、班与班之间宏观方面存在各种因素的差异,微观方面学生之间也是千差万别。作为教育工作者,首先就要承认差异和限制因子的存在。学生的发展过程中肯定存在某一特定的因子影响其发展和成长。
