钢筋混凝土旋转楼梯为空间三维立体结构形式。为使楼梯能保持设计图纸的空间几何尺寸,要为模板的高精度安装设计一系列支撑加固措施。首先在旋转楼梯圆心支设一根竖向钢管,做为圆心定位使用,然后在每个楼梯踏步下,围绕竖管旋转搭设横向钢管主龙骨并相应加固;在每根水平钢管主龙骨上设定型钢筋支架,以固定侧模,次龙骨采用钢筋通长龙骨;模板底模铺设定型木模板。既要保证不改变旋转楼梯底面三维曲面的连续性,也要达到楼梯模板安装空间几何尺寸精准的目的。
