在短跑训练中,肌肉放松能力训练的重要性早已引起国内外学者、教练的高度重视,并取得一定的成果。但在基层院校的短跑训练一般还是以“速度”和“力量”为核心,往往忽视放松能力的训练,如何有效地提高职业院校青少年短跑运动员的放松能力,是我研究的出发点。本文以我院16名从事短跑项目的女生为研究对象,进行了2个学期的阶段训练。在训练前,对她们的基本技术、基本技能和放松能力的认知度做了初步调查,并进行了统计分析和实践对比,实践证明,重视对短跑运动员放松能力的培养,采用适合青少年放松能力的训练方法和手段,对改进青少年短跑技术和技能,提高运动成绩具有重要作用。
