当很多家电厂商还在PC端电商之路苦苦摸索之时,移动电商以迅雷不及掩耳之势崛起,从2013年以来,移动端销售成为新亮点,2014年,来自移动端的销售占比更是超出了很多企业的预期。随着移动互联网的快速普及,电商的竞争正在飞快地从PC端转移到移动端。无论是平台商,还是家电厂商、代运营商,在家电业电子商务的二次革命当中,移动电商争当主角似乎已成共识。当前,家电产品在电商渠道的消费呈现明显的碎片化特征,与传统PC端电商相比,移动端的电商平台能够更好地满足这一特点。
