According to IDC’s survey, the global handheld computer market slowed down in 2001, but still reached 43%. The Asia-Pacific region, including China, Japan, and South Korea, will become a hot spot for sales. Between 2000 and 2005, it will grow at an average annual rate of 60%. The market potential of the Pocket PC industry is huge, and the development of the Pocket PC market is no longer something new: Hewlett-Packard, Lenovo, and Founder are all gearing up to create a success in the Pocket PC market. However, after experiencing the 1999 Enlightenment stage, the popularization stage in 2000, and several price cut storms, the handheld computer market will go from here. We may wish to discuss it from the perspective of products, prices, and users.
