汽车座椅滑轨内轨在疲劳试验过程中出现开裂,为找出开裂原因,通过扫描电镜观察,金相显微检验等方法对裂纹产生的原因进行分析,检验结果表明,原材料表层存在沿铁素体晶界分布的氧化网络,这使得材料表层力学性能急剧下降,并且在开裂部位组织存在明显形变特征。从上述分析结果可知,原材料的缺陷以及加工过程中产生的残余应力是导致滑轨内轨开裂的原因。
In order to find out the cause of cracking, the inner rail of the car seat slide rail was cracked during the fatigue test. The causes of the crack were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, metallographic examination and other methods. The test results show that the surface of the car seat rail has cracks along the ferrite Grain boundary distribution of the oxidation network, which makes the mechanical properties of the material surface sharply decreased, and there is obvious deformation in the crack site organization. It can be seen from the above analysis results that the defects of the raw materials and the residual stress generated in the process lead to the cracking of the inner rail of the slide rail.
