在讲課中貫彻“少而精”原則的点滴体会

(一) 贯彻执行“少而精”的原则,是我们在教学工作中,培养生动活泼的主动的学习空气的主要措施之一。怎样理解“少而精”?可以认为它是一个完整的概念,是对立的统一体。它并不意味着可以任意削减教材的内容,以至该讲的不讲,该着重讲的又一笔带过。而是应该从学生的实际出发,从教材的实际出发,抓住重点,要言不繁,主次分明,详略得当,教得又少、又精、又好,所谓少,乃是科学的、有原则的、去粗取精的少,这种少才可以少为精,以少胜多,使学生举一反三,以一当十。所谓精,乃是强干削枝,提炼精华,集中力量学好基本知识和进行基本训练。这种精才可收到实效,提高质量。因此,少是精的对象、范围和手段;而精则是少的目的、结果和质量,这就是说,少是为了精,精又要以少为条件,没有少,就很难做到精;没有精,就丧失了少的价值,精乃是矛盾的主导方面。既少而又精,实质上就是既控制和确定了数量,又保证和提高了质量。如何在课堂教学中去体现出上述要求?教师在讲 (1) The implementation of the principle of “fewer but more refined” is one of the main measures for cultivating a lively and active learning atmosphere in our teaching work. Without fineness, they lose less value, and fineness is the dominant aspect of contradiction.
