钢铁企业供配电系统中的冲击负荷主要产生于一些轧钢主传动用电设备。轧机主传动负荷的确定,对轧钢工程供配电系统设计具有非常重要的意义。本文结合不同的生产工艺要求,研究了3种常用的变流装置功率因数,确定了开坯轧机、万能轧机及棒线材轧机有功冲击负荷和无功冲击负荷计算方法,开发了计算软件,并给出了实际应用效果。
The impact load in the supply and distribution system of steel enterprises mainly arises from the transmission equipment of some main rolling steel mills. The determination of the main drive load of the rolling mill is of great significance to the design of the power supply and distribution system for the rolling project. In this paper, the power factor of three kinds of commonly used converter devices is studied in combination with different production process requirements. The calculation methods of active impact load and reactive impact load are established for the blooming mill, universal mill and wire rod mill, and the calculation software is developed. Out of the practical application of results.
