目的探讨心理干预对高龄下肢骨折患者术后并发症的预防效果。方法选择2013年1月至2015年1月重庆市南桐矿业有限责任公司总医院骨关节中心收治的70岁以上高龄下肢骨折患者68例,将患者随机分为干预组与对照组,每组34例。两组患者入院后均进行骨科围术期常规护理措施,而干预组患者同时予以心理干预,比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况及护理满意度,并进行统计学分析。结果干预组术后谵妄、肺部感染、便秘、泌尿系统感染并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且干预组满意度明显高于对照组。结论合理、有效的心理干预能明显减少高龄下肢骨折患者术后并发症的发生,且护理效果满意。
Objective To investigate the preventive effect of psychological intervention on postoperative complications in elderly patients with lower limb fractures. Methods From January 2013 to January 2015, 68 patients with lower extremity fractures of 70 years old and older were enrolled in the Department of Bone and Joint Center, Nantong Mining General Hospital of Chongqing Municipality. The patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group example. Two groups of patients were admitted to hospital after orthopedic routine nursing interventions, while the intervention group were psychological intervention at the same time, the incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups, and statistical analysis. Results The incidences of delirium, pulmonary infection, constipation and urinary tract infection in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Reasonable and effective psychological intervention can significantly reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications in elderly patients with lower extremity fractures, and the nursing effect is satisfactory.
