Objective: To investigate the influence of stress factors on the attitude of suicide of medical students. Methods: A questionnaire survey of 354 medical students was conducted using the “Scale of Adolescent Life Events” and “Attitudes towards Suicide Attitudes”. Results: 1 Medical students generally have a neutral or contradictory attitude to suicide with no gender (F1: t = 0.521, F2: t = 0.201, F3: t = -1.702, F4: t = 0.71, P> 0.05) The difference between urban and rural areas was statistically significant (P <0.05). The differences between urban and rural areas were statistically significant (P <0.05) There were no significant differences in mean stress intensity (t = 1.401, t = -1.554; P> 0.05) and between urban and rural areas (t = 0.159, -0.579, P> 0.05) More than girls (t = 2.305, P <0.05), rural students experienced significantly more stress events than urban students (t = -2.215, P <0.05) .3 The total number of stress events and the number of negative events There was no significant correlation between the magnitude of suicide attitude and the dimensions of suicide attitude of medical students. There was no significant correlation between the number of strong stress events, average stress intensity and the F3, F4 dimensions of suicide attitude, but significant negative correlation with suicide attitude F1, F2 dimensions (R = -0.272, -0.363, -0.131, -0.258; P <0.05). The regression effect of the number of 4 stress events on the nature of suicide was significant (Beta = -0.272, t = -5.294, P <0.01) , The number of severe stress events (Beta = -0.317, t = -6.247; P <0.01) and mean stress intensity (Beta = -0.173, t = -3.408; Return a significant effect. CONCLUSIONS: The effects of stress factors such as strong stress events and average stress intensity have significant effects on suicide attitude of medical students.
