基于神经网络等人工智能方法,提出一整套钢卷镀层厚度控制系统软硬件解决方案,解决镀层厚度自动控制中测量时变大滞后,生产过程强非线性,随机干扰因素众多等关键技术难点,系统在华菱涟钢薄板厂的部署实施结果验证了其各项功能的有效性。
Based on the artificial intelligence method such as neural network, a set of hardware and software solutions for the coating thickness control system of steel coils is proposed to solve the key technical difficulties such as large lag in measurement, large non-linearity in production process and numerous random disturbances in the automatic control of coating thickness. The implementation of the deployment at Hualing Lianyuan Steel Plate Factory verified the effectiveness of each function.
