探讨不锈钢长丝排列方式和排列比对复合板材电磁屏蔽效能的影响。以涤纶长丝和不锈钢长丝织制的间隔机织物为增强体,经泡沫填充和表面树脂复合后制备了三明治型功能复合板材。测试了不锈钢长丝排列方式和排列比对复合板材电磁屏蔽效能的影响。结果表明:不锈钢长丝排列比越大,板材的屏蔽效能越好;面层中网格添加不锈钢长丝的板材屏蔽效能明显高于单向添加不锈钢长丝的板材;双面添加不锈钢长丝网格的板材屏蔽效能更优。认为:通过添加不锈钢长丝,可使复合板材具有电磁防辐射功能。
The effect of stainless steel filament arrangement and arrangement ratio on the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of composite sheet was discussed. Sandwich-type functional composite board was prepared by filling the spacer fabric with the polyester filament and the stainless steel filament as the reinforcement body after being filled with the foam and the surface resin. The effect of stainless steel filament arrangement and arrangement ratio on the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the composite sheet was tested. The results show that the larger the arrangement ratio of stainless steel filaments is, the better the shielding effectiveness is. The shielding effectiveness of the stainless steel filaments added in the surface layer is obviously higher than that of the unidirectional stainless steel filaments. Grid plate shielding better. That: By adding stainless steel filament, composite sheet can have electromagnetic radiation protection.
