传感器测量数据的真实性,为冷水机组的安全运行和优化节能的提供了必要条件,但也经常发生传感器的测量故障。采用主元分析(Principal Component Analysis,PCA)方法,利用Q统计量进行传感器故障检测、诊断与数据修复研究,并以实际工程的冷水机组运行数据进行修复数据精度验证,结果良好。
The authenticity of the sensor measurement data provides the necessary conditions for the safe operation of the chiller and the optimization of the energy saving, but it also often happens that the measurement of the sensor is faulty.
