通过对碳化系数、碳化时间与抗压强度之间关系的研究,并结合XRD物相分析,研究了粉煤灰掺量对硫铝酸盐泡沫水泥碳化系数的影响。试验结果表明,粉煤灰掺量从0%增加至20%时,泡沫水泥14d抗压强度降低了6%左右,碳化时间减少了4h,碳化系数从0.95降低到0.88,但当粉煤灰掺量为15%时28d抗压强度增加了3.6%左右,粉煤灰掺量为20%时28d抗压强度降低了6.9%左右。14d抗压强度的降低是由于CO2引起钙矾石分解造成的。
Through the study of the relationship between carbonation coefficient, carbonization time and compressive strength, combined with XRD phase analysis, the effect of fly ash content on the carbonation coefficient of sulphoaluminate foam cement was studied. The results show that when the content of fly ash is increased from 0% to 20%, the compressive strength of foam cement decreases about 6% at 14 days, the carbonization time decreases by 4 hours, and the carbonization coefficient decreases from 0.95 to 0.88. The compressive strength increased by 3.6% at 28 days and the compressive strength decreased by 6.9% at 28 days when the content of fly ash was 20%. The 14d reduction in compressive strength is due to the decomposition of ettringite caused by CO2.
