[目的]观察喜炎平注射液联合西药治疗急性上呼吸道感染疗效。[方法]将243例随机分为两组,对照组91例,西药常规治疗。治疗组152例,在对照组常规治疗基础上加用喜炎平注射液5～10mg/(kg.d);两组均5～7d为1疗程,治疗1疗程(7d)进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组治愈78例,有效62例,无效12例,总有效率92.11%;对照组治愈33例,有效44例,无效14例,总有效率84.62%,临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]喜炎平注射液治疗急性上呼吸道感染效果理想,安全性高,无过敏反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Xiyanping injection combined with Western medicine in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection. [Methods] 243 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 91 cases, western medicine routine treatment. In the treatment group, 152 cases were treated with Xiyanping Injection 5 ~ 10mg / (kg · d) on the basis of the conventional treatment in the control group. All the patients in the treatment group were treated for 5 ~ 7 days for 1 course of treatment and for 1 course of treatment for 7 days. [Results] In the treatment group, 78 cases were cured, 62 cases were effective, 12 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 92.11%. In the control group, 33 cases were cured, 44 cases were effective and 14 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 84.62% Group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Xiyanping injection is effective and safe for the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection, and it is worth popularizing.
