The paper presents the investigation of the possibility of hepatic tissue restoration by the platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in case of toxic hepatitis. It is shown PRP injection into liver reduced an amount of connective tissue and collagen fibers at the places of hepatocytes necrosis after experimental toxic influence.PRP administration leads to rapid regeneration of hepatic tissues with restoration of its normal structure. As PRP is concentrate of autologous blood cells,it doesn’t cause any side effects and doesn’t require immunosuppressive therapy.
