随着经济的多元化发展,我国的餐饮行业也逐渐向着多元化的方向进步。在人们生活水平不断提升的今天,快速的生活节奏让人们外出就餐的机会增多,推动了餐饮业的迅猛发展。平面功能作为餐饮业核心部分,平面功能布局合理、环境卫生状况严重影响食品安全,在食品安全方面起着举足轻重的作用。因此,本文就针对小型餐饮空间平面功能布局进行简单分析,以供日后参考。
With the diversified economic development, China’s catering industry has also gradually toward a diversified direction. With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the fast-paced pace of life has increased the chances of eating out and boosting the rapid development of the catering industry. As a core part of catering industry, the function of plane is reasonable in terms of layout, and the environmental sanitation has a serious impact on food safety and plays an important role in food safety. Therefore, this article analyzes the layout of small catering space for simple functional analysis for future reference.
