针对我国大蒜主产区种植特点研制的4DLB-2型半喂入自走式大蒜联合收获机,在国内同类机型中技术水平较为先进。为进一步掌握该机性能,在已有试验基础上对该机的田间收获性能进行测试,测试不同作业速度、种植模式下的生产率、损失率、含土率、伤蒜率、留梗长度等主要技术指标,考核该机的田间作业效果,并对测试数据进行了分析。结果表明:该机生产率为0.13~0.21hm2/h,大蒜损失率1.1%~2.3%,含土率1.3%~1.5%,伤蒜率1.7%~2.2%,蒜头留梗长度31.9~43.6mm,各项性能指标均达到设计要求。
