目的通过测量多种型号医用电子加速器M区内24个点的X射线泄漏辐射水平,对医用电子加速器的自身防护性能进行分析与评价。方法严格按照GBZ 126-2011规定的测量方法,以18台医用电子加速器为测量对象,使用热释光剂量计(LiF(Mg,Cu,P)塑料管封装)测量加速器M区内24个测量点的X射线泄漏辐射率。结果除7号加速器因限束装置故障导致数据不可靠外,其余17台加速器M区内X射线泄漏辐射率最大值范围0.007%~0.073%(标准要求≤2%),平均值范围为0.005%~0.059%(标准要求≤0.75%)。结论除7号加速器外,其余17台加速器M区内X射线泄漏辐射率最大值和平均值均符合GBZ126-2011的相应要求。
OBJECTIVE To analyze and evaluate the self-protection performance of medical electron accelerator by measuring the X-ray leakage radiation level of 24 points in various models of medical electron accelerator. Methods Twenty-eight medical electron accelerators were measured in strict accordance with the measurement method of GBZ 126-2011, and 24 measurement points in accelerator M area were measured by thermoluminescence dosimeter (LiF (Mg, Cu, P) plastic tube package) X-ray leakage emissivity. Results In addition to the unreliable data of No. 7 accelerator due to the failure of the restraint device, the maximum radiance rate of X-ray leakage in the M region of the remaining 17 accelerators ranged from 0.007% to 0.073% (standard requirement ≤2%) with an average of 0.005% ~ 0.059% (standard requirement ≤ 0.75%). Conclusion Except for the No. 7 accelerator, the maximum and average values of X-ray leakage emissivity in the M area of the remaining 17 accelerators all meet the requirements of GBZ126-2011.
