为提高煤矿机车的安全持续性,提高其运行稳定性,在分析无刷直流电机控制系统的基础上,采用一种基于PI控制的双闭环新型无刷直流电机控制系统。采用的双闭环系统中,速度环和电流环都采用PI控制算法,并用MATLABSimulink进行仿真验证。结果表明,此系统鲁棒性好、响应速度快,证明了设计的合理性。
In order to improve the safety continuity of coal mine locomotives and improve their operational stability, based on the analysis of brushless DC motor control system, a double closed-loop new brushless DC motor control system based on PI control is adopted. In the double closed-loop system, the PI control algorithm is used in both speed loop and current loop, and the simulation is verified with MATLAB Simulink. The results show that the system is robust and fast response, which proves the rationality of the design.
