在世界经济不景气的今天,“一带一路”的重要发展战略一经提出,便得到了国际社会的高度关注以及沿线国家的广泛支持,随着战略的持续深入推进,我国与沿线国家的交流合作日益加深,“一带一路”发展战略在化解发展危机、实现产业结构的顺利“转型升级”方面作用日益突出。基于此,本文综合分析“一带一路”战略的发展现状以及我国食品工业在其影响下的发展现状,并从市场空间、食品安全、科技创新等方面阐述“一带一路”战略下我国食品工业发展所面临的机遇和挑战,以期能够为我国食品工业的长期可持续发展提供参考和借鉴。
