《曹刿论战》选自《左转》,相传是春秋末期鲁国人左丘明所著,文中主要阐述了曹刿对长勺之战的论述,包括战前准备和战后总结,体现了曹刿的政治远见和才能。除此之外,文中还反映出个人为集体着想,个人对集体产生信心、信任感,并为集体贡献自己的力量,从而强大集体凝聚力的思想。这一点,对班级管理来说有很重要的现实意义。一、“曹刿请见”与调动学生为集体利益着想的积极主动性“曹刿请见”在“其乡人曰:肉食者谋之,又何间焉”的情况下,曹刿说,享受高官厚禄的人眼光短浅,不能深谋远虑,“乃入见”。曹刿为什么要去拜见鲁庄公呢?从全文我们可以看出,他是为了自己的国家,也为了集体利益主动请见——
