目的建立用外标法测定氨磺甲酯原料含量的简单高效液相色谱方法。方法采用PurospherStar C8色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);规格4.6×250mm;流动相为:磷酸盐缓冲液(磷酸二氢钾6.8g和辛烷磺酸钠1g加水溶解并稀释至1000ml,用磷酸调节pH至3.3)乙腈甲醇(811);检测波长240nm;进样量20μl,流量1.0ml/min;温度35℃。结果氨磺甲酯在0.80~2.40μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9993);平均回收率为99.2%,回收率的RSD为0.6%。结论本测定方法简便快速,灵敏度高,准确度好,可用于氨磺甲酯原料的含量测定。
Objective To establish a simple high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of sulfapylate in raw materials by external standard method. Methods The PurospherStar C8 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of phosphate buffer solution (potassium dihydrogen phosphate 6.8 g and sodium octane sulfonate 1 g dissolved in water and diluted to 1000 ml with Phosphoric acid to adjust the pH to 3.3) acetonitrile methanol (811); detection wavelength 240nm; injection volume 20μl, flow 1.0ml / min; temperature 35 ℃. The results showed that sulfamethoxydine had good linearity (r = 0.9993) in the range of 0.80 ~ 2.40μg · ml-1, the average recovery was 99.2% and the RSD of recovery was 0.6%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for the determination of sulfamethoxydine in raw materials.
