目的 了解重庆地区小儿呼吸道感染主要病毒情况及上、下呼吸道感染病原的差异。方法 酶联免疫吸附法检测 10 11例呼吸道疾病患儿血清中的肺炎支原体 (MP)、柯萨齐病毒 (CBV)、腺病毒 (ADV)、合胞病毒 (RSV)、巨细胞病毒 (CMV)特异性 1g M抗体。结果 上呼吸道感染血清中抗体分别为 1.6 9%、37.5 3%、1.0 3%、2 .85 %、2 .42 % ,下呼吸道感染分别是 2 .17%、2 2 .2 4%、2 .0 0 %、1.18%、16 .5 6 %。结论 此次调查重庆地区上呼吸道感染患儿中柯萨齐病毒占有较大的比例 ,下呼吸道感染中尤以巨细胞病毒阳性率最高 ,其中 6个月以内的占了 84.40 %。
Objective To understand the prevalence of respiratory tract infection in children in Chongqing and the difference of upper respiratory tract infection and lower respiratory tract infection. Methods Serum samples of Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP), Coxsackie virus (CBV), adenovirus (ADV), syncytial virus (RSV), cytomegalovirus (CMV) Specific 1g M antibody. Results The serum antibody levels of upper respiratory tract infection were 1.6 9%, 37.5 3%, 1.0 3%, 2.85%, 2.42% respectively. The lower respiratory tract infections were 2.17%, 22.24%, 2 respectively. 0 0%, 1.18%, 16 .5 6%. Conclusion The investigation of Coxsackievirus in children with upper respiratory tract infection in Chongqing occupies a large proportion. The positive rate of cytomegalovirus in lower respiratory tract infection is the highest, 84.40% within 6 months.
