用嗜水气单胞菌 (Aeromonashydrophila)制备的福尔马林灭活菌苗 (F AH)和胞外产物 (ECP)作为免疫原 ,接种翘嘴鳜 (SinipercachuatsiBasilewsky)后 ,通过测定供试鱼的体液及细胞免疫活性 ,探讨了A .hydrophila的ECP对翘嘴鳜免疫防御机制的影响。结果表明 ,与F AH免疫组相比 ,ECP能极显著地影响供试鱼的凝集抗体、补体等体液因子的活性 (t测验 ,P <0 .0 1) ,而对供试鱼血液中白细胞的自发吞噬活性和细胞内杀菌活性没有显著影响 (t测验 ,P >0 .0 5 )。推测A .hydrophila的ECP对翘嘴鳜免疫防御机制的抑制作用是导致翘嘴鳜容易重复感染由A .hydrophila引起的细菌性败血症的重要原因
