为研究不同免疫程序对猪蓝耳病疫苗免疫效果的影响,本试验选取42头未免健康断奶仔猪,随机分为4组。A组对照组,B组免疫弱毒苗组,C组免疫灭活苗组,D组同时免疫弱毒苗和灭活苗组。分别在免疫前和免疫后第14,28,42,56,70天前腔静脉采血,采用ELISA方法检测特异性抗体,同时检测淋巴细胞转化率以及IFN-α、IFN-γ、TNF-α等细胞因子水平。结果显示:免疫后,B组抗体水平显著高于D组(P<0.05)、A组(P<0.01);在免疫后第42天,D组淋巴细胞转化率显著高于B组、C组(P<0.01),显著高于A组(P<0.01),免疫后第56天,B组淋巴细胞转化率高于C、D组(P<0.05);B组细胞因子水平在免疫后第14天高于其他3组,加强免疫后细胞因子水平均有所下降,在免疫后第70天时升高。结果表明,免疫蓝耳病弱毒苗组免疫效果优于免疫灭活苗组和两种疫苗同时免疫组。
To study the effect of different immunization programs on the immunogenicity of PRRSV vaccines, 42 unhealthy healthy weaned piglets were randomly divided into 4 groups. Group A control group, group B immunized vaccine group, group C vaccine group, group D immunized vaccine and vaccine group. Blood samples were taken from the vena cava before immunization and on the 14th, 28th, 42th, 56th, and 70th day after immunization. The specific antibodies were detected by ELISA. The rates of lymphocyte transformation, IFN-α, IFN-γ, TNF- Cytokine levels. The results showed that after immunization, the antibody level of group B was significantly higher than that of group D (P <0.05), and group A (P <0.01). On the 42nd day after immunization, the lymphocyte transformation rate of group D was significantly higher than that of group B and C (P <0.01), which was significantly higher than that of group A (P <0.01). On the 56th day after immunization, the rate of lymphocyte transformation in group B was higher than that in group C and D (P <0.05). The level of cytokines in group B 14 days higher than the other three groups, after boosting the level of cytokines have declined, increased by the 70th day after immunization. The results showed that the immune effect of attenuated vaccine against PRRSV was better than that of immunostimulant vaccine and vaccine simultaneously.
