通过对铝电解中影响铁-炭压降及静态电阻因素的分析,在不改变磷生铁化学成分的前提下,经孕育处理改变磷生铁中碳的形态。通过改变孕育剂中铝含量,对在不同磷生铁化学成分下进行试验,确定了铝对磷生铁电阻和压降的影响。结果表明,磷生铁在凝固时碳化物数量减少,析出更多的石墨,凝固收缩减少,接触电阻减小,磷生铁自身电阻减小,最终使铁炭压降降低。与孕育剂中其他元素综合考虑,铝含量3%可同时满足磷生铁不同含碳量的要求。
Through the analysis of the influence of iron-carbon pressure drop and static resistance in aluminum electrolysis, the morphology of carbon in phosphorus pig iron was changed by inoculation without changing the chemical composition of phosphorus pig iron. By changing the aluminum content of inoculant, the experiment was conducted on the chemical composition of different phosphorus pig iron to determine the effect of aluminum on the resistance and pressure drop of phosphorus pig iron. The results show that the amount of carbides decreases and more graphite precipitates during the solidification of the phosphorus pig iron. The solidification shrinkage decreases, the contact resistance decreases, and the electrical resistance of the phosphorus pig iron decreases. Finally, the pressure drop of the iron carbon decreases. Considered together with other elements in the inoculant, the aluminum content of 3% can meet the requirements of different carbon content of phosphorus pig iron at the same time.
