将大鼠随机分为3组:Ⅰ.对照组;Ⅱ.喂1ppm含氟水组;Ⅲ.喂50ppm含氟水组。10月后处死,测血清粘蛋白含量。实验发现Ⅱ、Ⅲ组血清粘蛋白含量都比Ⅰ组低,Ⅲ组降低比Ⅱ组更显著,推测氟的作用可能是损害了粘蛋白的生物合成。
The rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: I. Control group; II. Feed 1 ppm fluorinated water group; III. Feed 50 ppm fluorinated water group. After 10 months of execution, serum mucin levels were measured. The experimental results showed that the serum mucin contents in groups II and III were lower than those in group I, and the reduction in group III was more significant than that in group II. It was speculated that the effect of fluorine may be to impair the biosynthesis of mucin.
