目的:为了研究中药对酪氨酸酶活性影响,用中药治疗色素障碍性皮肤病提供实验依据。方法:采用蘑菇酪氨酸酶多巴速率氧化法体外测定六味地黄丸及其组方中药对酪氨酸酶活性的影响。结果:六味地黄丸组酪氨酸酶活性降低(水提物P<0.05,醇提物P>0.05),其组方中药水提物熟地、丹皮组酪氨酸酶活性增高,茯苓、山药、山茱萸降低;醇提物中丹皮、泽泻增高,茯苓、山药、山茱萸降低。结论:六味地黄丸使酪氨酸酶活性降低(水提物);六味地黄丸组方中药熟地、丹皮使酪氨酸酶活性增高,茯苓、山药、山茱萸使酪氨酸酶活性降低,泽泻组水提物增高、醇提物降低。
Objective: In order to study the effect of Chinese herbal medicine on tyrosinase activity, the experimental basis of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of dyschromic dermatosis was provided. Methods: The effect of Liuweidihuang Pills and its traditional Chinese medicine on the activity of tyrosinase in vitro was determined by mushroom tyrosinase dopa rate oxidation method. Results: The activity of tyrosinase in Liuwei Dihuang Pills group was decreased (water extract P<0.05, alcohol extract P>0.05). The tyrosinase activity of the traditional Chinese medicine aqueous extract rehmannia root and paeonol group increased. , Chinese wolfberry, yam and hawthorn were reduced; Danpi and Alisma were increased in alcohol extracts, and wolfberry, yam and hawthorn were reduced. Conclusion: Liuwei Dihuang Pills decrease tyrosinase activity (water extract); Liuwei Dihuang Pill Formula herbs Shendi and Danshang increase tyrosinase activity, while wolfberry, yam and hawthorn decrease tyrosinase activity. The water extracts of the diarrhoea group increased and alcohol extracts decreased.
