高职院校创业的主要宗旨是为了能够为社会培养出真正的应用型人才,因此针对高职院校学生所开展的技能考核评价就显得极为重要。当前所采取的技能考核评价方式复杂多样,而其中最有效、应用最为广泛的就是校企行协同技能考核评价方式。这种方式能够极大的保障学生在接受高等教育的过程中,不断的强化自身实践操作能力,从而由此促使高职院校就业水平的提升。本文针对高职校企行协同技能考核评价中的管理问题进行探讨,为此推出相应完善对策进行简要论述,期望能够为相关研究提供一定的参考价值。
The main purpose of higher vocational colleges to start a business is to be able to cultivate a real application of talent for the community, so for the vocational college students to carry out the skills evaluation is very important. At present, the skills evaluation methods adopted are complex and diverse, and among them, the most effective and widely used methods are the evaluation methods of collaborative skills of schools and enterprises. This way can greatly protect the students in the process of receiving higher education, continue to strengthen their own practical ability to operate, thereby promoting the employment of higher vocational colleges to enhance the level. This article discusses the management problems in the collaborative skills appraisal of high vocational schools and enterprises, and then puts forward some corresponding measures to improve the appraisal. The expectation can provide certain reference value for related researches.
