美国开端计划项目关注弱势群体,以处境不利儿童为目标人群,植根社区,赋权穷人,具有明显的普惠性特点。借鉴美国开端计划项目的经验,我国学前教育的普惠发展应注重关注弱势幼儿群体,追求教育公平;合理分配学前教育经费,完善弱势幼儿资助制度;提高家长素质,为家园共育提供精神和智力支持;提高幼儿教师待遇,健全培养培训机制。
The U.S. Start-Up Project focuses on vulnerable groups, targeting disadvantaged children, rooting communities, empowering the poor, and has obvious universal benefits. Drawing lessons from the experience of the U.S. start-up project, the development of universal pre-school education in our country should pay attention to disadvantaged groups of young children in pursuit of equity in education; allocate pre-school education funds rationally and improve subsidy system for disadvantaged children; improve the quality of parents and provide mental and intellectual education Support; improve the treatment of kindergarten teachers, and improve the training mechanism.
